How Do I Start The Process For Prison Ministry?
- Fill out this google form questionnaire: Prison Ministry Interest
- Go to https://doc.louisiana.gov/public-programs-resources/public-information/ and find the section for Volunteers/Contractors.
- Complete the training under the Volunteers/Contractors section (About 1 hour).
- Email the following four documents to [email protected] with the subject line “Prison Ministry Interest.”
- Course Training Completion Certificate
- Volunteer Registration and Agreement (Form B-08-004-A)
- Sexual Assault and Sexual Misconduct with Offenders, Volunteer, Intern and Contractor Acknowledgement (Form C-01-022-C)
- Rules and Guidelines for Volunteers or Guests (Form B-08-004-B)
